AI connector terms
Effective October 1, 2026. These terms cover use of Ahner Industrial’s public customer quoting connector. Quote, checkout, and separately agreed job terms also apply to purchases.
Authorized use
Use the connector to price and order parts you are authorized to request. You must have permission to share uploaded drawings and customer information. Keep private workspace handles, upload links, and saved quote links secure. Do not attempt to access another customer’s records, bypass limits, or disrupt the service.
Drawings and manufacturing details
You are responsible for reviewing the drawing, dimensions, material, thickness, quantities, finish, tolerances, and other requirements before ordering. AI-generated files require the same review as any other drawing. Pricing and CAD analysis do not replace an engineering assessment of suitability for your application.
Supported files and shop limits are returned by the service. Follow analysis errors and shop-review flags. Do not upload classified material or export-controlled technical data through this public connector.
Quotes, confirmation, and payment
Use the totals and expiry returned by Ahner. If a quote changes or its confirmation expires, obtain a fresh quote and confirm the updated details. Your assistant must receive your explicit approval of the exact quantities, total, fulfillment method, and submission method before submitting an order.
Agent submissions currently support pickup. A purchase-order submission requires a PO number and does not record payment. Invoice and shop-review requests do not capture payment, and shop-review requests require Ahner’s review. Confirm production and delivery timing with Ahner.
Use the saved quote’s checkout page for delivery or online payment, and review the applicable payment and job terms there. The connector does not accept card or bank credentials and cannot charge a payment method.
Availability and information handling
The connector is subject to file-size limits, rate limits, CAD-processing availability, and workspace expiry. Retain your saved quote link and contact Ahner if a tool result is unclear. Uploading, calculating prices, and saving quotes do not send customer emails; final order submission invokes the existing order notices.
Information handling and data requests are described in the connector privacy notice. Muse and other AI platforms have their own terms and privacy notices. Ahner’s technical endpoint being available does not establish platform approval or endorsement.
