Choose secondary operations in your quote. Specify the affected geometry and the result you need; selections that need a closer look go to shop review.
Add edge deburring when cut edges need cleanup. Send any particular edge-break requirement with your drawing.
Select sandblasting for surface preparation. Describe any masking or surface requirements in a print request.
Choose the objects to etch in the part preview. Confirm that the intended marks are selected before continuing.
Select the holes and thread sizes. Hole diameter and available thread engagement are checked before online pricing can proceed.
Select the holes, screw size, and 82° or 90° angle. Hole geometry and countersink depth must fit the selected thickness.
Identify the holes, hardware type, and thread size. Hardware insertion requires shop review to confirm the requirements.
Choose an available color or specify a custom color. Custom paint needs a recognized RAL, Pantone, or manufacturer code; a color name alone goes to review.
Use these limits to plan your quote. Tooling, feature clearances, and the actual model also affect eligibility.
The blank can fit in either orientation. A larger part or a flagged feature can be submitted for shop review. Check your selected operations and estimated ship date before ordering; rush timing requires Ahner’s confirmation.
